AkzoNobel’s Rob Haley leads the U.S. Color Development and Trends Group
headquartered in High Point, North Carolina. This team sets the standard in the furniture
and cabinetry industries for tracking fashion and color trends. AkzoNobel has more than six
decades of experience helping customers transform color and fashion trends into successful
product lines.
Haley joined AkzoNobel in 1982 as a Color Stylist upon graduation from Elon University. He
has dedicated his 29 year career to color styling for the wood industry as he moved through
a number of customer-focused positions in the AkzoNobel organization; including Senior
Color Stylist, Color Laboratory Manager, Sales Representative and Sales Manager for the
High Point Operation.
