Circuits
Circuit training is fun and one of the most effective ways of all round training. It comprises of
short bursts of exercise then moving onto another exercise for another short burst. This
format continues till all the exercises are done. Each circuit class is varied to keep it
interesting and work different muscle groups. One week we may concentrate more on legs
and the next more on arms. In the summer we utilise the light evening and go outside. Sign
up for a complete workout experience.

Pilates
Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning, combining postural symmetry, breath
control, abdominal strength, spine, pelvis and shoulder stabilization, muscle flexibility, joint
mobility and balance. Pilates strengthens through the complete range of motion of all joints,
integrating the upper and lower extremities with the trunk therefore training the whole body.
This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate level.

Zumba
Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow dance fitness class set to Latin and
international beats. It is contagious and fun providing a unique blend of cardio and
muscle-toning benefits; before you know it, you’re getting fit and your energy levels
are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party.

Stretch & Tone with Balls, Bands & Gliders
Group exercise programme, designed to enhance posture, strength, balance and stability
of a healthy adult.
Class facilitates the clients' ability to achieve daily tasks in work & play.
Stretch & Tones is not remedial, clinical or diagnostic in its approach but has its base
firmly in group fitness.
