BE SURE TO USE Upper and Lower CASE LETTERS AND CORRECT PUNCTUATION, AS DEMONSTRATED

GRAD YEAR: Year of graduation, not the current year in school. For example, 2002 etc.
SIGNED?: If the player is already signed with a college OR has made a verbal commitment, list the name of the
NCAA REG?: Have you registered with the NCAA Clearinghouse yet?
ACT/SAT: List both scores if you have them, or use the following codes: N/A - not available; N/R - took test but
GPA: You can give either weighted or unweighted. If giving weighted GPA, please put a "w" next to GPA.
HITS/THROWS: Bats and throws either Left, Right, Switch (L, R, S); for example L/R or S/R or R/R, etc.
