Minutes Sept.11th, 2006
Meeting held at GHS Cafeteria
Co President Rene Roseby opened meeting. Co President Keri Fields and Vice President
John Hopkins absent. Introduction of past and present board members
Athletic Directors Report- Jere Applebee
Scoreboard master switch fixed at Garrett Field at a cost of $1300.00.
Problems with wireless interference / head sets causing the board to still flash.
Introduction of Coaches present at meeting and special team news
Coach Denise Harris-Dance Team
Dance team will be hosting a tournament at GHS on Nov 4th.
Cheer selling Entertainment Books for $30.00
Natalie Van Hook and Valerie Thompson named club Treasurer and “Runner”. Debbie
Poyser was unable to take Treasurer Position due to conflict of interest.
Casino Night Committee
2nd Annual Casino Night scheduled for Feb. 3rd, 2007 at the Black Point Inn
Ballroom in Oregon City.
Looking for raffle prizes and gaming table sponsors.
Allan Dassonville, Kerri Burke, Michele Stauss and Carla Schumaker volunteered to
figure out procedure fairly distribute $200.00 booster involvement monies to appropriate
team.

regular club meeting.

Player participation will be based on % of last years numbers

Looking for Volunteers in Snack Shack 1 ½ hr. – 2 hr. Shifts
Please remember NO kids in Shack during work shifts
If you can not make your shift, find your own replacement worker
Reminder: Everyone pays and ONLY refs get free water.
