The registration fee is paid by every exhibitor with assigned stand number. The amount is
Registration fee 60 € fixed; it doesn’t differ according to the size of the stand.
All packages include: The rental rate of the stand, construction and dismantlement of the stand, the signboard with the name of the institution and the
stand number, the red carpet, two ceiling spotlights, one electricity socket and consumption of electricity, one coupon for WiFi internet connection (1440
minutes), one table (80 x 80 cm), two chairs, one counter height 80 cm, one leaflet stand, two entrance passes to the exhibition ground, two tickets for the
celebratory opening, four lines advertisement in the exhibition catalogue (printed and CD), the advertisement at the exhibition website www.gaudeamus.cz.

The prices in the Application Form are in EUROS and include taxes according to the Czech Law (VAT). We hereby confirm our application for the European Education and Lifelong Learning Exhibition
