What are we setting out to do?
• Design, implement and manage a W4 website that supports
knowledge exchange and continuous learning within the network
Initial Product:
• Terms of reference, operating protocol and “site map” to serve as
a guide for our Webmaster to create an enhanced W4 website
Our Desired Outcome:
• The new website “up and running”

• Use of the site by W4 members (# of hits by users)

• Open to the web (registered with major search engines)
– Home Page – who we are we and what do we do? – site map
– Links to member organizations and other relevant websites
– Published articles, papers, etc.
• Secure section for W4 members/authorized parties
– Operating protocol instructions
– Members bios and other contact info
– E-mail addresses and sub-group lists
– General message posting and document upload/download section
– What’s new ? section
– Learning Partnership and other subject sections
– Each section will have message posting and document upload/download
– Learning Partnership outputs (drafts, papers, articles, etc.) and links
– Pre-conference assignment library
– Links to 2000, 2001 and 2002 conference websites
