					Marketing Manager
AGC Composites Group is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join its team. The selected
candidate will work with the sales team to produce collateral materials, support trade show efforts, create
targeted marketing campaigns and conduct market research.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
   Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
   Conduct market research to determine requirements for existing and future products
   Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
   Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
   Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
   Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
   Determine and manage the marketing budget
   Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
   Develop collateral – take technical concepts and translate to basic features and benefits

Education and Experience
    Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
    Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, aerospace industry preferred
    Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
    Technical marketing skills
    Proven experience in customer and market research
    Trade show or event planning and preparation experience
    Experience with relevant software applications
    Relevant product and industry knowledge
