					  Commitment
      To
   Excellence
   A Programme to lift the
maximum number of grades in
   an entire Year group of
          students.
   Where are you now ?
• Where are you now? What grades will you get if you don’t take
  action?
• To make a significant difference YOU must change. As Einstein
said, ―the thinking which has created the problem cannot solve it.‖
• This programme focuses on students first and looks at how you
  could be coached to success,
• The key to the scheme is a 4 legged stool: the school, the parents,
the student and the British Academy of Advanced Training (BAAT).
• The scheme if it is going to work needs to commence
IMMEDIATELY as there are only 512 hours of classroom activity
  left.
           The Mathematics of the
                Programme
• Each one of you lives 8760 hours per
year What are we asking for?
• If we take out sleep you have 5040 hours

• You will be at school for 742 Hours Master level
• You will be in class for 571 Hours 150 hours
Therefore the hours for you to change are Intermediate Level
                                                             90 hours

                                                            Low level
                  4298 45 hours

                                                     Not much is it!
        • Will you do it?
                Objective
          The Commitment to
         Excellence Programme
• The scheme proposed is designed the maximise the academic
performance of an entire year group of up to 200 students, in two
groups, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
It combines IQ and EQ in one year long scheme. It involves
personal one to one coaching in the crucial life skills to achieve
academic success, as well as focused mentoring support from
the school, parents and the BAAT.
• The scheme also embodies the essential learning skills which will
enable the slower student to catch up, as well as lift more able
    students into the higher grades.
• Above all it will reward the hard working students whose efforts
will be recognised and who will gain essential privileges
    irrespective of their current grades.

It focuses the awesome power of IQ
             + EQ on Performance
 Why should you get involved?
