What is a package holiday?
• A package must include at least two of the three
component of a holiday. Broadly, there are:
1. transport
2. accommodation
3. other tourist service which compromises a significant
proportion of the package
• Additionally, the package must extend over 24
hours or more, or include overnight accommodation.
