Roofs to be washed: A through S buildings
Cascade Roof and Gutter Cleaning will clean, with low-pressure water, all composition roof surface areas. All
gutters and downspouts will be cleaned on all buildings. There will be a thorough clean up of the entire
premises, removing any debris and residue from the roof cleaning and we will rinse down surfaces as needed.
Cascade is very thorough with cleaning operations and has a reputation for doing a quality job.
Cascade Roof and Gutter Cleaning will inspect all roof areas for any repairs that may be needed. Cascade will
provide one free bundle of roof composition shingles and there will be no charge for minor repairs to buildings.
Any repairs needed beyond one bundle will be authorized by you prior to repairs being made.
Cascade Roof and Gutter Cleaning will thoroughly inspect all gutters looking for loose gutter nails or gutters
that are poorly sloped. Cascade will re-nail gutters as needed. This is to ensure you of no further gutter

Zinc Powder Application
Damaging moss can grow almost anywhere it's cool and damp. Destroying and preventing moss can extend the
life of your roof. Zinc powder won't stain roofs or corrode aluminum or galvanized gutters.
Yearly Gutter Maintenance
To maintain gutters and downspouts, Cascade Roof and Gutter Cleaning recommends that they are cleaned
several times a year. Annual gutter maintenance includes cleaning all gutters and downspouts in the complex,
and doing a thorough clean up of debris and residue caused by gutter cleaning. This would also include a light
blow off of the roof debris.
Cascade Roof and Gutter Cleaning will follow all OSHA and WSHA safety regulations that are required to
ensure a safe work environment We will put up warning signs and rope off areas as needed, Additionally, we
will provide a courtesy warning letter, approved by you, informing tenants of the cleaning process.
TOTAL COST FOR ABOVE PROCEDURES IS AS FOLLOWS:

LUMP SUM PRICE: $9,500.00 ($500 per building)
SALES TAX (8.9%): $845.50
ZINC POWDER. 1740 (calc’d more bldgs than we have)
LUMP SUM PRICE. $2,755.00 ($145 per building)
SALES TAX (8.9%): $245.20
GUTTER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:
LUMP SLIM PRICE: $4,560-00 ($240 per building)
SALES TAX (8.9%): $405.94
(MAINTENANCE PRICE IS BASED ON A ONCE-YEARLY SERVICE)
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of Job.
