We are going to make muffins in a box oven (probably blue berry and

chocolate chip) and have fresh fruit









Boil water and make an omelette.







Mix up your own muffins and bake in an orange shell on coals. Serve

with a nest of sausage topped with hashbrowns and eggs, all of which

is cooked in a pouch on the coals









Cereal and granola bars plus fruit (instant coffee and tea for grown

ups)





Cold breakfast; individuals must "hunt" for menu items in the woods.

My Jungle Breakfast will consist of cereal, granola bars, bananas, little

cartons of milk/juice, and the adults will get coffee. It's a fun way to

Serving eggs with choice of added ingredients such as bacon bits,

green onion, and cheddar cheese. Eggs are cooked in a zip lock bag in

hot water over a camp stove or camp fire, and make a to-order

omelete in the bag. Can be eaten directly from the bag, if preferred.

Beverage, fruit and some type of bread (bagel, muffin, etc) to round

out the menu. Mess kit needed.
