The Jury Trial
We have read Survivor and 12 Angry Men. Together they give us an accurate
portrait of the justice system in the United States. Explain how that system works
by using all of the terms below in the order they would be needed in the trial. Use
examples from either play to explain/define the term.
Directions: First read the bank of terms to make sure you recognize all 15 of them.
Then number them in the order they will be in your explanation. Part of your
