Eudora Setup
After installing Eudora, click the icon to start the program. A window will appear to take
you through the setup.
Choose yes to set Eudora as the default mail program.
In next window click yes.
Select create a brand new e-mail account, click next.
Type you name, click next.
Now type in your e-mail address, click next.
Enter a login name that you wish to use to access the account, click next.
For incoming server, type: mail.ferrum.edu.
Make sure POP is checked, click next.
For outgoing server, type: mail.ferrum.edu.
Leave allow authentication checked, click next.
Click finish.
To check your mail, go to the top of the window and click file, then check mail. You
will be prompted to enter a password. Enter the password provided to you by Ferrum
college.
