4A.1 Third Approval Committee Meeting
The 3rd Meeting of the Approval Committee of Special Economic Zone being
developed by M/s. Aqualine Properties P. Ltd. was held on 14th July 2009, 11.30
Hrs. and the details are as below:
1. There are no comments / remarks from the members. The minutes of the 2 nd
Meeting of the UAC of M/s. GIDC held on 14th July 2009 was intimated &
same are confirmed.
2. The Developer had requested for claiming Service Tax Exemption in relation to
Authorized Operation in SEZ for approval from the Approval Committee. The
Committee considered the request and recommended to approve those
services for availing the exemption / refund on taxable services, which are
specified in clause (105) of Section 65 of the Finance Act. Out of 30 services
requested by the Developer, the permission has been issued for 22 services to
the developer accordingly.
3. The Developer, M/s. Aqualine Properties P. Ltd. had requested for
procurement of Ready Mixed Concrete from outside the SEZ in lieu of Cement,
Sand, Metal etc. already approved in 2nd Approval Committee Meeting held on
05.05.2009. The committee considered the request and recommended for
approval and permission has been issued accordingly.
4. The Developer, M/s. Aqualine Properties P. Ltd. had requested for
procurement of Construction Material to carry out default Authorized
Operations in SEZ for Building No. 1 (Wing A & Wing B). The committee
considered the request and recommended for approval and permission has
been issued accordingly.

4B.1 Request of Developer M/s. Aqualine Properties P. Ltd. for Procurement of
Goods and Material to carry out default Authorized Operation in SEZ.
The Developer, M/s. Aqualine Properties P. Ltd. has submitted a list of goods duly
certified by the Chartered Engineer for the purpose to carryout Default Authorized
Operations to complete the Service Yard Building. The detailed list of goods
appended at enclosed Annexure-I.
Submitted to the Approval Committee for kind consideration and approval.
4B.2 Job Work Permission for Manufacturing of Cement Blocks & Tiles in
processing zone for internal use.
The Developer, M/s. Aqualine Properties Pvt. Ltd. have requested for producing
125000 Nos. of Concrete Blocks & 282650 (300mm x 300mm) Nos. Cement Tiles in the
processing zone for internal use from already approved raw material such as
Cement, Sand and Fly Ash for Building No. 1A & 1B to carry out default authorized
operations in SEZ. Copy of request of developer is enclosed at Annexure-II.

4B.3 Request of developer, M/s. Aqualine Properties Pvt. Ltd. to bring Ready Mix
Concrete from vendors outside SEZ.
The Developer, M/s. Aqualine Properties Pvt. Ltd. has requested to bring Ready Mix
Concrete 176400 cft. From outside vendors with Cement supplied by developer from
SEZ area. Copy of request of developer is enclosed at Annexure-III.

4B.4 Request of Developer M/s. Aqualine Properties P. Ltd. for Procurement of
Goods to carry out default Authorized Operation in SEZ for Building No. 1A
& 1B.
The Developer, M/s. Aqualine Properties Pvt. Ltd. has requested to procure
additional items to carry out default authorized operations in SEZ. The detail is as
below:
