A dream!

There was a young man who would prefer to be solo; he would not talk like everybody did. Being quite was how he loved to do and everyone in his community looked at his case with suspicion …why do I have to do like „em?! Why do I have to hate my soul?! He would whisper to himself. I was with him once in Marrakech –the dream land- of so many hungry people...These were poor as well as rich. “Do you see these red-faced folks, man?”Lony said.” Even though they look gay, I feel sorry for them...”I was astonished at that time trying to get what he meant and now that I remember his saying I can undoubtedly understand it–the dream land” was ,a great deal full, of different creatures from all over the planet, creatures neither humanistic nor animalistic. Anyway, we took our way to the land. Lony and I were real close friends, and I still recall the things we had had together kids of our age could not understand. He told me to have a walk through the dream land to see what made people call “her” so.”Look at this girl Lony?” I said, she is staring at you! ….Lony….Lony...” I looked next to me to find him nowhere and I thought that he was lost...Oh! Or may be I was lost..!!And for a moment I realized that I was in the dream land .In the dream land nothing is not possible. I turned my head for a while and then I stepped forward “am I going to look for him …Oh but how?! » I said. I decided to go on alone; after all, I loved it and I thought Lony also loved it. Through its clandestine streets I went, at first I was aiming at seizing the chance to explore the magics of the land and then promptly the real magic came into my mind. While wandering, I was looking at the land‟s people faces .It was my duty to read their minds. “Hey man what makes you believe you are different?” someone whispered in my ears .I felt like a soft hand crawling over my shoulder. She was so angelic, well, she was an angel .I tried to answer her question though,” I feel different cos nobody here feels what I feel; sees what I see; hears what I hear; thinks what I …..” she was so fast that I could not carry on “you mean you should feel what they feel; see what they see ….”and she laughed ,“But let‟s forget it, come along with me if you manna keep up with these people!” .I was not really impressed but I felt like I needed something to get some fun. She held my hand and suddenly in a second I was flying. I opened my big eyes to see a bunch of people scattering here and there sitting next to one another; some making big smiles as though they are dying; and some laughing from their stomachs, for I was not sure if they got hearts then .I was watching them making speeches .I wondered at the time why they were so gay,”Is it out of love? Or out of hatred” I murmured.

I saw an old bald-headed gentleman addressing his men ,”We the people of the dream land ,in order to form a more perfect union , we have to be a union….umm the only thing we have to fear is fear itself …”and all the people in the house started applauding and making monkey alike voices. As I was shuffling , I saw some ladies with big hips and crooked backs carrying long heavy cigarettes .It seemed to me like they were enjoying their talking .I tried to get closer to steal some of their utterances ,”You know ladies, the land should stay safe , we will let nobody destroy our dream.” One of the crooked ladies said. And I thought why these people are struggling to make their land safe...But wait .It is OUR land! When I was a little boy my parents taught me that everything must be “us”. “Don‟t eat alone son!” my dad had said .But I am surprised now .I feel what my parents taught me is a mere lie. I remember when I had to get things fixed by myself...You know, It was real fun then...I had to sell…I had to make money … Just by the palace door, there were some dogs trying to get inside...They were not fierce considering to their age, they sounded so gentle, the more I got closer to them the more gentle they looked. ….there was a sudden voice coming from outside the hall” what are you thinking of Sir?!” .It was the woman .It is only then that I felt relief …”these people are so different than “us” I said, and the woman replied” well, they are gay anyway…” Suddenly the woman held my hand and took me back to where we first met.”What do you think of that girl, man?! Doesn‟t she look gay?!” Lony said. I looked at him and smiled.
