The Landmark is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to
2 pets per home with a maximum combined weight of 100
lbs. We have a non-refundable pet fee of $300. Our pet
rent is $25 per month. We welcome most breeds of dogs.
To safeguard the health and well being of all residents,
please note that our community cannot accommodate
certain breeds, including Akita, American Staffordshire
Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd,
