We invite you and your colleagues to take part in this Forum. We suggest that you present the reports on the sub-
jects of a Forum and put them forward for a the Gold Diploma - 2011 competition and the competition of young
scientists - representatives of perspective scientific and engineering schools.

In the Records of the Forum you may publish both scientific reports and dissertations in the form of scientific re-
ports, new technology developments, inventions, advertisements and offers. Fee for participants is US $250 - including a
report, up to 6 pages in volume. With dissertation, up to 50 pages in volume, US $400.
There may be correspondence participation in the Forum. The Organization Committee will deliver and
publish reports whose authors cannot be present at the Forum sessions (reports on the Forum's topics, up to 6
pages). Fee is US $50 per participant. More than 6 pages $50 + $8(№pp. -6).

The session is held on December 6, 2011 in three-star hotel of a «University» («Университетский») Moscow Interna-
tional Complex in a conference hall on the11-nd floor at 13 hours. Registration of the participants from 11-30 hours.
The Forum participants will be accommodated in three-star hotel of the Moscow International Complex, at the ad-

Program of the Forum
«Gold Diploma - 2011» - competition on the best scientific work of the year. An additional payment - $50.
Competition of Young Scientists. An additional payment - $20.
Exhibition of New Products, Achievements in Science, Technology and Education.
Fee is US $500, cost of exhibition area is US $150 per 1 sq. m. Delivery of exhibits is at the expense of a participant on
dates to be agreed with the Organization Committee.
Fee is of an exhibitor of the monography, textbook, rate of lectures, description of the educational computer program
with a disk, atlas, collapsible card, other of small-sized exhibits - US $50. Delivery of exhibits by SWIFT. The exhibits
can participate in competition on the best scientific and technical work of year. An additional payment - US $20 or 50.
Rules to prepare scientific reports. Reports in Russian or English are to be sent to the address of the Forum Organizing

The report is to be prepared in Win Word format (Font - Times New Roman - 14 pt, with double line spacing). The head-
ing of the report is to include the title, the author's name, the name of the organization, address, phone and fax numbers,
