* "secondary" digitizers operating simultaneously with "primary" digitizers. Response is the same as "primary" digitizers.

The ref number is a code (from Jim Luetgert) to specify several datalogger properties to the spreadsheet, but it is not used in the spreadsheet.

The name is the exact name of the sensor, preamp or datalogger used in the spreadsheet.

The digit code specifies (for some digitizers) some properties of the datalogger. Same as Hypoinverse "data source code".

The CUSP code is not in the spreadsheet, but is the digitizer code for every pick or gram within CUSP MEM files.

The response file name is a SEED file with information such as poles and zeros describing the response.

(The file datalog.NC.tbl has info for all the multi-site dataloggers, others are constructed as blockettes are built at the datacenter)

The FIR filter name contains the sample rates of the datalogger as used a various times.

The serial number format shows which are strictly numerical, and which have site and chanel codes appended.

(The combination of s/n and instrument name should be unique at any one time).

The alias names may be found in the maintenance history and are translated to the proper "name".

Standard decimations are desribed by the files USGS_5_10ss, USGS_5_20ss and USGS_5_40ss (5x) and USGS_10_20ss (10x).

The pin (channel) numbers of most multisite digitizers in the spreadsheet and CUSP mem files correspond.

The pin numbers of both Nanometrics multisite digitizers and single site dataloggers in the spreadsheet and CUSP mem files do not correspond.
