Access InterfaceXpress via the board website or
RealtyServer’s website:
www.northwoodsrealtors.org
www.realtyserver.com
Choose the Open House Tab
Enter your MLS number & choose
edit
Click on the listing
Clicking on the listing will bring up this screen
Click the Add New button
Enter the Open House Time
Optional: enter notes/description
Click Save
To Search For an Open House
Click on the Open House Tab
Choose your search criteria
Click Search
Once Selected… See next page
You may print or email a summary sheet by
using the print and email icons
You may print or email a hot sheet by choosing
the client or full detail using the drop down box
which defaults to tour/open summary- just click
in the box
You may search again by clicking on the search
again button-
