Computer Fair Project: Dates
Objectives
◦ Be able to listen and read large amounts of text carefully
for a sustained period of time.
◦ Be able to identify the requirements of the computer fair
project.

Project Components: due Feb. 5, 2010

◦ Planning Document

◦ Must be limited to 2 colors of ink
◦ Submission must be submitted in 1 color
◦ Each entry must demonstrate two applications. Ex.:
T-shirt
Mug
Mouse pad
Poster
◦ Each entry must be shown on paper to fit 3”x3”.
◦ Each entry must contain “Pennsylvania High School
Computer Fair” and the year “2011”.
◦ No computers are allowed during presentation.
◦ No grammar or spelling errors.
The questions listed on the Project Summary
sheet must be accurate and complete.
No grammar or spelling errors are allowed.
The goal is to provide any information the
judges need to know in order to understand
your project.
Each question should be at least 5 sentences
in length and be as specific as possible.
All projects need to display the process used
to create the project. The goal of this
document is to provide the judges the
necessary background about how the logo
was developed.
Examples include:
◦ Block style flowchart diagrams
◦ A diary with daily entries detailing the work you did
on the project.

Look through these images for 10 minutes.
Make some notes about images which you
might want to use as the basis for the logo.
Construct the beginning of the project
planning document. It should contain a
properly formatted heading as well as a brief
entry about your project related activities for
today.
Make an entry in the grade tracking sheet as
directed.
