We the undersigned do here by request the Planning Board of Needham to consider our
request, namely:
The developer/builder for the site at 916-932 Great Plain Avenue should be required to provide
all the required parking as per the Town of Needham By-laws for any new construction project.
We do not support the Town of Needham issuing a “waiver” and therefore being responsible to
provide parking throughout Needham for eternity for these new occupants. We understand that
this may be accomplished if the developer/builder constructs underground parking, which he now
refuses to do. We are also opposed to the scale of the 4 story building of the proposed project in
downtown Needham.
