1.2 Legal Notice to Bidders



Sealed bids for GEOTHERMAL LOOP HEAT EXCHANGER, for STEARNS COUNTY WEST

SIDE SERVICE CENTER will be received at the Office of the Stearns County Auditor until 11:00

a.m. AUGUST 11, 2008 and will be publicly opened at that time. Bids received after that time will be

returned unopened to the sender. All bids should be submitted to:
