WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE CLASSES
have grown in popularity so much that The Shao-lin Center is now
offering these classes the first Saturday of every month from 11:00
a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Price is $20.00 per class.
Women are taught practical, realistic ways in which to defend
themselves, not only against bad guys, but just life in general.
These are hands-on seminars, which means the participants will
actively engage the instructors to learn how to execute the
techniques properly. Wear loose clothing, lose the jewelry, and
come ready to get empowered and boost your level of confidence.
No one needs to be a victim.
Classes are personally taught by Master Sifu Frank Versagi, along
with female and male assistant instructors.
