Milk is almost complete and the food is welcome at any meal. For breakfast, milk is popular as a drink or
a coffee, chocolate, oats and other cereals. The milk must be purchased from health and reliable

Breakfast sandwiches can be in rolls, sandwiches, loafbread, biscuits, waffles, or steals. Bread can be
toasted and served with butter or jam, fruit, like strawberries. Waffles, hotcakes, and French toast are
good for breakfast and plenty heavy. Rolls and butter, jam, jelly or marmalade are suitable for a hearty
breakfast, too, especially if you take a heavy protein dish and chocolate.
