Event Promotions
Event Registration Flyers
1000 flyers featured each serve-a-thon sponsor to date and were distributed to
businesses, IU Northwest, and civic organizations in Lake County, Indiana. An online
version of the brochure was sent out to a distribution list of 4,000 students from IU
Northwest.
Event T-shirts
250 t-shirts with logos and names of sponsors were given to volunteers and Gary public
officials.
Event Posters
100 event posters were displayed in community partner offices who were participating
in the Serve-a-Thon.
Great Gary Clean Up E-mail Campaign
Weekly emails highlighting Hoosier Volunteers projects, community partners, and
events; sent to the media and email distribution list (4,000).
