Stir Fry Chicken: FOUR Ways

Preparation time: about 40 minutes for each. Serves 4.



Cooking Conversion Table



Basic Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

2 garlic cloves

4 scallions

1 cup bean sprouts

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger



Instructions:

Rinse the chicken breasts in cold water, dry and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Peel and mince garlic

Wash the scallions and cut into thin rings

Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water and

pat dry Heat the vegetable oil in a large

skillet or wok Stir fry the chicken for 4

minutes over high heat

Push the chicken to the side and add garlic, scallions and ginger

Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes

Add the sprouts and stir-fry another minute

For the other stir frys, reserve the sprouts (hold back) until recipe calls for them.
