Thanks for interest during Greenpower 2009 Fair
EC Electronics Team wants to thank those who were interested in our
position on International Renewable Energy Fair GREENPOWER 2009.
The most absorbing thing was our exploratory station that shows in
easy way how typical machine works and which is the use of our vi-
brodiagnostics systems. Other thing that arised interest during the fair
was our system for monitoring the vibrations on wind turbines (Vibro
Process Controller) and two hydrogen cells that was designed by our
team lately.
EC Electronics recieved also a honourable distinction of an In-
ternational Renewable Energy Fair GREENPOWER’s Founder.
Training within range of diagnosis (27th to 29th May 2009)

Every year our company makes a training course within the range of
vibrodiagnostics of machines and devices. This training contains the
theoretical basics such as analysis of vibrational signals, elementary
and advanced spectral analysis of those signals and the methods of
interpretation. It contains also practical examples and reviews of indu-
strial applications and problems with particular cases.
This year, in connection with our customers requests, we focused on
practical diagnosis of transmissions, bearings and engines and also on
problematic aspects connected with shafts aligning and balancing. The
questions of aligning were detailedly discused: participants could prac-
tice with the newest machines for laser shaft aligning and balancing
(produced by the Sweden company Fixturlaser).
Now the series of training is completed, but in connection with the vivid
interest in vibrations monitoring we are about to organize in October the
training in range of functional estimates of vibration signals and the ap-
plication of the signal analysis to machine technical state estimation.

The seminary in Katowice - 16th June 2009 – and the series of seminaries - report
Considering the growing industry aspiration to enlarge producing ability and work safety and to
decrease failure of machines EC Electronics decided to make the series of cost free trainings for in-
dustry in range of advanced stationary and portable systems of vibrations monitoring and in range
of handling devices for laser shaft aligning.
The first training took place in Katowice 16th June 2009 and caused vivid interest with engineers.
Next seminaries will be organized in main Polish cities starting by September 2009. On the seminary
participants can acquaint with tendencies in vibrodiagnostics, know and discus particular applica-
tions and problematic cases connected with installations in industry. Participants can also acquaint
with laser shaft aligning devices – Fixturlaser GO and Fixturlaser XA.

Seminaries in range of piezoelectric technology - report
EC Electronics 24th and 25th June 2009 organized a series of training
dedicated to piezoelectric technology. The first part of training took place
in home to EC Electronics – in Cracow. The second part was in Warsaw.
Thanks to the Air Force Institute of Technology, this part was held in The
Institute.
The seminaries had a good reception among both participants from uni-
versities and participants from research and military institutes. One of
the instructor was representative of Noliac, Danish company, world class
producer of piezoelectric elements.
Participants could acquaint with the newest piezoelectric technologies
and with the applications of in nanotechnologies and other applications.
There were also presented piezoelectric sensors dedicated to dynamic
phenomenons and innovative system for non-destructive testing lami-
nated materials by piezoelectric elements.
During seminaries there was presented by EC Test Systems some other
solutions like data acquisition cards, recorders, analyzers and quick,
thermographic cameras. It was the accomplishment of the training.
