Agile Transformation Coach, ScrumMaster, Delivery Lead
Clients hire me when they have real problems they want and need to solve. If you simply want to continue
business-as-usual, or to maintain appearances, I’m not your guy. I won’t impose untailored “best practice”
solutions upon you, or use the latest techniques or tools just because they’re cool or emerging. Instead, I’ll
understand your unique context, creatively craft unique, elegant, sustainable solutions, use what works, and adjust
when it doesn’t. And do that with your best interests in mind. My experience, insight and empathy allow me to
understand your context and align with your goals, which ensures our solutions fit your unique context, works to
your best interests, and is sustained.
In 2000 I founded Fairhaven Solutions, a business and IT services company with a focus on helping clients become
