ACB Receivables Management, Inc. was founded 77 years ago when

Stan Levitt and Spencer Blessing acquired the operations of The

Credit Bureau of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Their predecessor

had been in business since the 1930’s. Today, ACB remains family-

owned by the Levitts. ACB is commonly known in the community as

Medical Dental Hospital Bureau.





Through the 77 years of business ACB has always been a pioneer in

the industry, with the latest technology and advanced strategy

development.

Alex Shnayderman, President –Alex is in

great part responsible for ACB’s steady

growth and success. Alex has been

instrumental in the development of staff and

systems through which ACB’s clients have

benefited for decades. His understanding of

the collection business and superior

management skills has earned him the

Alex has over 15 years of experience in

system development , Management and third

party collections. Alex provides ACB with in

CRS Navigate allows our clients to view accounts

and reports from a remote location via the World

Wide Web. Rather than configuring your access

through a Collection Resource System via telnet or

a VPN, you can simply log in to an online version

of CRS.



CRS Navigate is a read-only interface, so neither

our clients nor our employees will be able to work

accounts or change record information.



The web interface for CRS Navigate is self-

explanatory: it has been designed specifically so

that our clients will be able to easily use the

interface without any specialized training. A

manual will be provided that describes basic

functions of the CRS Navigate web interface.
