Civic Development Procedure Book
The Civic Development Chairman encourages members to help beautify and
improve their communities. Garden Club members can help their
communities by doing civic beautification projects. These include roadside
development, cleanup activities, selected improvement sites, playground,
parks, civic buildings, historical landmarks and other worthwhile community
beautification projects.
