“I am Spontaneous” Thai Noodle Soup

8 Cups Water
1 tbsp vegetable bullion
2 carrots – chopped or slice ½ in. pieces (keep all vegetables the same size)
2 celery sticks – chopped ½ in. pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
½ onion – chopped
2-3 gloves of garlic – minced
Chopped/minced ginger (same amount as garlic)
1 serving size of uncooked pasta (any type – he used linguine broken in 1 in.
pieces)
1 Roma tomato – chopped/diced
1 c. cilantro
2 limes (juiced)
Bring water bullion and carrots to a boil
Add celery salt & pepper and onion bring back to a boil then add garlic, ginger
and dry pasta.
Boil for 6 minutes then add tomato, cilantro and lime juice. Bring back to a boil
and cook until cilantro looses its bright green color – soup is done.
