					               Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip




1 cup shredded parmesan
1 clove garlic
6 oz. cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 jar artichoke hearts, drained
10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 cups mozzarella

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook spinach for 5 minutes in the microwave and then squeeze out
water.

Add parmesan and garlic to food processor and blend. Add cream
cheese and sour cream and blend. Add artichoke hearts and spinach
and blend well.

Fold 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella into spinach mix. Top with
remaining ½ cup.

Bake at 375 until heated through.
