In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Race Judicata 5K, and intending to be legally bound, the undersigned acknowledges and full
understands that each participant will be engaged in activity that involves risk of injury, including personal injury, death, or property damage. I agree for
myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators to not sue and to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Bucks County Bar Association as well as its
affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, officials, sponsors and or any other party involved in the planning or staging of this event, from any and
all liability, claims, demands and causes of actions of any nature whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event and related activities, whether it
results from the negligence of any of the above or from any other cause. I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. I further

Wednesday, July 20, 2011: 5:00pm-6:30 pm at St Mary’s Hall across from Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 235 East State
Street, Doylestown, PA.
Awards
Top 3 male/female finishers; top 3 male/female finishers in the following age categories: 11 & under; 12-15; 16-19; 20-29;
30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60+; Team award to the top team in each division. TRAVELING PRESIDENT’S TROPHY awarded to the
top team in the Attorney division.
Course/Timing
Course is certified by the USA Track and Field Association. Professional timing services provided by Pretzel City Sports. Times
will be posted at www.pretzelcitysports.com, approximately 48 hours after the race.
Awards Ceremony
Award Ceremony will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. in Printer’s Alley.
