Form Filler
Users can immediately access and fill in forms right from
the Ricoh MFP.
On the MFP screen, the Form Filler tab contains a drop
down list of all the available forms.
Client information stored in databases can be looked up
and automatically used to fill in fields as well.
Form Filler
For example – in a
hospital, a patient needs
to fill out a health
insurance claim form.
Select the name of the
form and the patient’s
name from the MFP
screen.
Stored patient
information is used to fill
in some fields and the
form is printed.
The form is filled as the
patient goes through his
hospital visit.
The completed form is
scanned and can be
distributed to the
document repository and
via fax to the patient’s
insurance company.
