        français, en grande majorité américains et menés par un
        professeur israélien, ont créé sur Internet toute une série de
        sites et de forums qui lui sont consacrés et à travers lesquels ils
        donnent libre cours, à toute heure du jour et de la nuit, à leur
        passion pour ce génial visionnaire. L’hommage ne manque pas
        d'ironie : la France, patrie de Jules Verne, est aujourd'hui
        montrée du doigt dans la presse américaine comme un pays
        fossilisé, réfractaire au progrès et incapable d’innover.
