3.1. The minutes were accepted as a true and correct record.
3.2. Matters Arising: None.
4 Merger of FTC’s Three Trusts: The Group noted the content of the Charity Commission’s email dated
10 August 2009 and agreed that further work was required on the options if FTC still wish to proceed
with a Scheme for merger.
