Calvary Episcopal School & College Prep

Fundraising/Service Project Proposal Form



Purpose: To monitor, schedule and track success of all fundraising, service

projects and events throughout CES/CECP.



Reason: Multiple fundraising events and service projects are held throughout the

year; by different groups, for multiple purposes. It is imperative that the

business/development office have a full understanding of when these projects

are being held, the target audience and the success of each of the projects. This

will help ensure multiple events/projects are not happening at the same time, so

your event will have the proper attention needed with your target audience.



Who needs to complete the form? All services projects (where collection of

money or goods will be required – pennies for patients, Christmas toys, etc) or

fundraising events need to complete the form in its entirety. Even if it is an event

or fundraiser that the group has done at Calvary in years past, a new proposal

must be submitted and approved each school year. Incomplete forms will be

returned to the event sponsor for completion.



Submission Requirements:

1) Complete form in its entirety. Please be specific with event dates and

activities.

2) Submit all forms to Monica Jaster by September 9, 2011.

3) Be sure to keep a copy of your submission for your records.

4) All forms will be reviewed by the Development Committee and you will

receive a response from the committee within 30 days.

5) If a project comes up later in the year, complete the form and submit to

the Monica Jaster.

6) All submissions are on a first come first serve basis, after the initial

September 9, 2011 submission.
