I very much appreciate the honorable court taking the time to read my 12-21-08 papers. And I very much appreciate the court’s consideration of the fact that I reside in California, not AZ, and, in the spirit of judicial economy for all parties, hoped to be able to address the initial steps of my “10th Amen subject matter & personal jurisdiction & due service of process,” the trigger of court power points, resolved by write in, for appeal purposes. I now understand that the honorable court prefers my presence and I respect the honorable court’s instruction. I did not know the public official attorney to forward my position papers to before today. On the Town’s Web, I saw that Daniel Hochuli is the Town attorney and the Town paralegal is Martha Montgomery , whose U.S. Postal (e) Road addresses are dhochuli@ci.sahuarita.az.us & mmontgomery@ci.sahuarita.az.us, respectively.
