Bankruptcy Services
I am licensed in federal court and can represent clients filing for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13
bankruptcy. A Chapter 7 bankruptcy involves discharging debt by gathering and selling assets
to pay creditors or if no assets are available, erasing the debt permitted under the Bankruptcy
Code. In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, a plan is put in place to pay your creditors and make your
debt more manageable. In order to assess whether filing for bankruptcy is an appropriate option
for you and whether you are eligible for a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, it is necessary to gather all
your financial documents, i.e., tax returns, credit reports, mortgage, loan papers, income and
expenses, assets, debts, and so on. Gathering all these materials helps provide a full picture of
your finances and what is the appropriate course of action for your situation. My services start
from this financial assessment through the Court’s final action discharging your bankruptcy.
