Schedule of Standard Rates Effective July 1, 2002
The Personnel Protective Equipment schedule of standard rates applies to level A, B, and C protection or equivalent. Level A, B full encapsulated suits will be charged per suits donned. All other level B protection or equivalent will be charged on a daily basis regardless of the protection factor or number of tyvek suits, gloves, boots or other protective equipment donned per man. Level C protection or equivalent will be charged on a daily basis regardless of the protection factor or number of tyvek suits, gloves, boots, replacement cartridges, or other protective equipment donned per man. Notes for the Schedule of standard Rates: 1. Straight time hours for hourly personnel are based on an nine hour per day work period. The normal hourly employee workday is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. Other work hours must be agreed upon in writing in advance. Time taken by personnel to decontaminate and re-don protective clothing and equipment is billed as part of the work. 2. Time over nine (9) hours in a 24 hour period during the Monday through Friday work week and until Saturday 11:00 p.m. is considered overtime and will be billed at 1.5 times the applicable straight time rate for all hourly personnel. 3. After Saturday 11:00 p.m. through Monday 7:00 a.m., holiday and day after are considered premium time and will be billed at 2.0 times the applicable straight time rate for all hourly personnel. 4. All emergency call outs after 4:00 p.m. will be subject to a one-time response charge of $50.00 per responder. This is a pass-thru charge that AAA Environmental Industries, Inc. pays to all responders in an effort to insure that they respond in a timely and professional manner. 5. Cellular phone charge of $50.00 shall be charged for emergency response jobs. For long term clean ups, a charge of cost plus twenty percent (20%) will apply. 6. Charges for safety plans are assessed on all emergency response projects or those involving OSHA Regulated Substances Site Specific Health and Safety Plans, prepared for the customer or as required by applicable regulations, will be quoted on an individual basis. 7. Lodging and subsistence of AAA ENVIRONMENTAL INDUSTRIES, INC. personnel in the area included in a per diem charge of $125.00 per person per day. AAA per diem rates are charged for subcontractors whose expenses are paid by AAA. 8. All heavy equipment (i.e. frac tank, excavator, dozer, front end loaders and large generators will be charged portal to portal (mobilization and demobilization included). Services provided prior, during and/ or subsequent to actual site activities also will be charged. 9. All times will be billed in fifteen-minute (15) increments. 10. If equipment is damaged, a repair or replacement charge will be assessed for damaged or consumable items. Those items considered consumable (single use items) will be charged per unit used. 11. Mileage for service vehicles are charged at $0.50 per mile. 12. Mileage for semi-tractors will be charged at $1.68 per mile.

This pertains to material which is not compatible with our process, storage capabilities, or permit requirements, which will require controlled storage until disposal options are evaluated and actual disposal takes place. 14. Fuel for motors will be charged at actual amount used + 20%. 15. Due to the nature of hazardous chemical cleanups, it may be necessary to dispose of equipment and/ or protective clothing due to chemical action or by wear. If necessary, the above rates will be charged plus replacement cost + 20%. 16. All sub-contracting services and rental equipment charges will be billed at cost + 20%. 1. Rain for Rent 2.
