HOLIDAY HOME – WORK ( CLASS-2)
1. Make a collage of Common Nouns and Proper Nouns using ¼ chart paper
for each.
2. Make cut outs of Tulips of different colours and find out information about
them.( what kind of flowers are they, their colours and the names of the
countries they grow.)
3. One page of handwriting every day.
4. Make patterns using dried leaves of different sizes and shapes. ( on A-4 size
sheets.)
5. Paste 5 samples of leaves and write down the name of the plant in a scrap
book.
6. Read any 5 fairy tales of your choice. Draw your favourite fairy tale
character in your scrap book and write 5 – 6 sentences about that character.
7. Maths :
1. Activity – Prepare your own Maths Kit - arrowcards which
will be used
when the school reopens. Instructions given below.

2. On an A4 size sheet paste cutouts of different shapes [ square,
rectangle, triangle, circle, oval ] made from florescent sheet forming any
one interesting pattern like the one given on pg 113 in your Maths book.
ART--- watch ART ATTACK and make any one thing using empty boxes.
