А6 FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS
The exhibition stand is submitted to the Exhibitor in the proper condition with ensuring the basic conditions of fire safety.
The Constructor incurs the responsibility for fire safety and observation of the fire preventive measures at the exhibition stand during the period of mounting and dismantling works. The
Exhibitor together with the Constructor of the exhibition stand take the responsibility for fire safety within their powers related to the operation of the exhibition stand, as well as its
technical support and equipment installed on it, during the period of the exhibition's realization.
The control of fire safety rules observance is performed by the IEC AREC and the 5th DDSFS Division of NEAO HQ MChS of Russia in the city of Moscow.

Fire safety certificates have to be submitted for all stand materials being used at the construction of the exhibition stand.
The carpets and the floor cover being used in the halls shall be firmly attached to the floor throughout the perimeter and at the joints. They shall be fabricated of a non-flammable
material (shall not inflame from a lighted cigarette or a match).
The stationary cinema and video displaying devices shall be installed in the premises or chambers, made of the inflammable materials. The premises or chambers should have the
separated exit door outwards or to the corridor where people are not present.
During the period of mounting and dismounting works the access ways in halls (mounting gates and passways) should be free. The transportation boxes, packings, etc., all the materials
and equipment that are not required any more shall be immediately removed from the halls.
It is forbidden to block the escape ways by any objects. The passways for the visitors shall have the width not less than 3 meters and ensure the circular movement of the visitors as
well as free access to the passways, electric boards, fire hydrants and other means of fire-fighting.
Stairways, emergency exits, corridors, tambours must constantly be kept free from any items, preventing the people's movement.
It is forbidden to set up stands, storages, offices and service premises on the stairways and beneath them.
The use of electric and gas devices for making tea or coffee can be allowed only in the appropriate premises that are equipped for these purposes with the approval of the 5th DDSFS
Division of NEAO HQ MChS of Russia in the city of Moscow.
The electric heating devices, refrigerators or air conditioners shall be connected to the individual electric power network with the start-up protection device.
At the exhibition stands it is forbidden:
to set up depots and to carry out workshops;
to store combustible and inflammable fluids;
to place bottles with inflammable gases;
to demonstrate exhibits' performance with the use of open flame.
If the permissible current in the low-power electric devices (electric motors, transformers, etc.) installed at the electrified benches is less than the designed current, for which the
protection power circuit breaker is rated, the additional electric protection shall be envisaged. All the electric units shall be grounded.
In the case of surface laying of power supply networks, if there is no danger of their mechanical damage, it is allowed to use the cables with non-combustible or non-flammable outside
sheathing.
All connections and derivations of wires and cables shall be made by welding, soldering, moulding or by special clamps. The cores of wires and cables in the places of connections and
derivation should be securely insulated.
Flexible wires, protected against mechanical damages shall be used for the connection of the movable power using equipment. In the case of electric engineering works only the
certified products (terminal boxes, splitters, sockets, etc.) should be used.
The electric luminaries conforming to the fire-hazardous premises of grade B2 shall be used for the illumination of halls and stands . The use of diffusers made of organic glass,
polystyrene and other inflammable materials is not allowed in the luminaries. The distance from the luminaries to the combustible or slow burning surfaces shall be not less than 40 cm.
The demonstration of the operating models, powered by the flammable fluids or fuel gases at the exhibition stands is allowed only provided that their pipelines are laid from the vessel,
installed outside the hall and waste gases are removed outside. The installation and demonstration of the exhibits and processes related to the possibility of fire development (welding
and soldering works, other kinds of works related to the open flame, inflammable solvents, etc.) are subjected to approval by the 5th DDSFS Division of NEAO HQ MChS of Russia in
the city of Moscow and the IEC of AREC.
It is not allowed to set up storages of advertising materials and official goods at the exhibition stands. It is allowed to store them in the office rooms in amounts which do not exceed the
daily demand.
The storage of exhibits, spare equipment, packs and packing materials must be performed outside the hall or in the specially allotted premises.
Smoking inside the exhibition halls is allowed only in the specially allotted places for this purpose and in the rooms for meetings, equipped with ash-trays.

MChS of Russia in the city of Moscow, written permit of IEC of AREC with the strict observation of the effective fire safety rules.
All other issues, that are not specified in the present provisions and occurring during the mounting and dismantling works or at the time of the exhibition's realization must be solved by
the representatives of the 5th DDSFS Division of NEAO HQ MChS of Russia in the city of Moscow and the IEC of AREC.
If the appearance of the exposition (stand) does not conform to the present rules the IEC of AREC has the right to require from the Exhibitor and the exhibition constructor to perform
dismantling of the exposition.
All participants of the exhibition/fair must know and observe the fire safety measures and know how to act in case of fire and how to use the primary means of fire-fighting.
The State Fire Supervision Authority will apply sanctions according to the effective legislation against the exhibitors and the constructors of the exhibition/fair in the case of breach of the
fire safety rules.

The Exhibits List shall indicate the equipment being brought by the Exhibitor to the exhibition and similar to the equipment
that is being let on lease to the other Exhibitors, namely: presentation equipment (plasma displays, DVD-players, projection
devices, screens); office appliances (laptops, printers, scanners); household appliances (chilling and refrigerating
equipment, coolers). In order to avoid any confusion the serial number of equipment of the Exhibitor shall be indicated.
Attention! According to item 13.8. of the General Conditions of the Exhibitions Conducting" dated April 14, 2010, in
the case of the violation of exposition integrity of the Exhibition on the fault of the Exhibitor the Organizer has the
right to enforce the forfeit penalty from the Exhibitor in the amount of 25% of the total value of the Exhibitor

this connection for the possibility of performing the works on construction of stands you are kindly requested to fulfill the following
requirements:

- The certificate on fulfillment of fire protection works;
- The certificates of fire safety for the materials used;

• The letter from the company, for which the construction of the exhibition expositions is being performed, certified by the head of the
exhibitor company;
• The letter with the list of equipment required for construction of the exhibition/stand indicating the name of company, for which the
construction of the exhibition expositions is being performed, in 4 copies. The letter shall be certified by the head of the mounting
company.
• The copy of order on the appointment of the person responsible for carrying out the mounting and dismantling works and technical
maintenance of the exhibition/stand during the work and the person responsible for the safety engineering during the performing of
mounting and dismantling works at the exhibition/stand.
•The electric design of the exhibition/stand (2 copies) with interpretation of the symbols, indicating the voltage of the electric power
supply, maximum powers of the loads on each item of equipment, connection points of the electric equipment, certified by the head of
the mounting organization.
•The copy of the order on the assignment of the person responsible for the electric power supply facilities having the access group not
less than 4.
• The copy of the record-book of knowledge assessment of the construction electricians having the stamp of the State Electric Control
Body.
• The list of construction electricians having the access group not below 3, participating in electric wiring works at the given exhibition
signed by the person responsible for electric power facilities, indicating the person responsible for works at the exhibition site.
• The copies of certificates of the construction electricians indicated in the list.

В1 Exclusive stand not later than August 30
Based on the technical assignment for design of a stand the 3D design of the exclusive stand is made. It is possible to make of 1 additional 3D design of
the stand and graphic design if required. The calculation of the stand rent cost is performed based on the approved design and its fabrication after the
payment of the invoice.
В2 Self-construction of the stand not later than September 13
Please tell us the necessary data on your stand and the contacts of the stand constructor.
В3 Electric power supply connection not later than September 13
In case of self-construction of the stand the electric connection and additionally the electric power supply to the stand shall be ordered.
For standard stands the additional electric power supply of 380 V shall be ordered (sockets shall be ordered separately as per Form В8.
When adding the extra sockets or using the electric devices, which power does not exceed 1 kW, the additional electric power supply shall
be ordered.
The electric power supply to the stand and provision of the electric power for the time of mounting/dismantling works can be ordered if required.

The water supply/withdrawal, internet connection, installation of telephone and connection of compressed air can be ordered if required.
В5 Improved standard stand not later than August 30
Based on the configuration of the standard stand and prepared suggestions on its appearance (Form G3) the 3D sketch of the stand
is made for the ordered area as well as the sketches of graphic design of walls and surfaces of the stand. The fabrication of 1 additional option of the
graphic design of the stand is possible if required.

If you are not satisfied with the typical layout of the stand please draw in the given form the layout plan of the stand indicating the closed zones and
indicate the additional equipment, furniture, arrangement of sockets and electric equipment.

the equipment cost will be sent to you for approval. After confirmation of the given format, the invoice is issued. The inscription on coating shall be
ordered in the Contract for the area. If it is required to make the additional inscriptions or change the current inscription, it
is made as per Form В6.

Attention! In case of submission of the inadequate information on the installed power, the extra electric power supply shall be paid with the rate of 2.5.
The electric power consumption is not included in the area rent. In the case of ordering of the electric power supply connection the Exhibitor
(constructor) shall supply the electric power to the stand by himself with observance of the Rules of Performing of Electrical Engineering Works
(Form А7); it will require for the electric cable of respective section, not less than 30 m having the plug of power connector IP44 63A.
Also it is possible to order the electric power supply to the stand (Form В3 item 4).
The price of the standard stand includes the consumption of electric power of 1 kW 220V per each socket. The extra electric power supply
and, if required, connection of 380V can be ordered as per Form В3, item 1. The sockets and other electric equipment shall be ordered as per
Form В8. The works on the connection and adjustment of electric equipment at the stand shall be performed by the Exhibitors (constructors)
themselves.

WATER SUPPLY
The cost of water supply covers the connection of water supply line of the hall, connection of hoses to the stand, sewer connection and consumption of
cold water from 9-00 to 18-00 for the whole time of the exhibition. Connection of equipment to the hoses at the Exhibitor’s stand shall be performed by the
experts or constructor of the Exhibitor. The order of sinks is performed only for the stands, ordered through the Exhibitor.
Water connection shall be performed with laying of pipeline (hoses inlet/outlet 15/50 mm) from water supply network of the hall to the stand, by the

Attention! In case of arrangement of suspension only the Organizer's equipment shall be used.
The provisions of carrying out the suspension works:
1. The Exhibitor (or the Customer) shall submit for approval the designs of a booth and structure for suspension as well as information
letter with the brief description of structure.
2. When considering the submitted documentation the Organizer has the right to require for incorporation of changes into the structure
being suspended and calculation of suspension points.
3. The structure being suspended shall no project beyond the limits of the rented exhibition area.
4. The works on suspension and removal of structures shall be performed only during the official mounting (dismantling) of the event. In
the day of official opening of the exhibition as well as during its performance the works on suspension or removal of structures shall not be
carried out.
5. The responsibility for the assembly and strength of the structure being suspended shall be borne by the Customer.
6. Prior to start the suspension works, the inspection of the structure being suspended is performed. If during the inspection of the
mounted structure its non-conformance to the stated technical parameters is observed as well as if there are some doubts in
the strength and workmanship of this structure, the Organizer has a right to reject to the Customer in the execution of works on
suspension of the structure.
7. The suspension of additional equipment (lighting appliances, advertisement carriers, etc.) on to the structure, which has already
been suspended, is forbidden.
8. If a banner or suspended structure contains the information about the company (logo, company name, slogan, etc.), then the
service on arrangement of the advertisement carrier on the ceiling structures of the pavilion shall be paid.
9. The suspensions based on Tritex-kit are forbidden.

The works on the electrical connections on the exhibition grounds are carried out by the Office of the Technical Service - UTE (AREC)
The supply of three-phase current will be carried out by using the Exhibitors' own cables. Therefore the Exhibitor has to provide his
own cables, the length and section of which has to be approved by the Organisers, depending on the capacity and location on open
area site.
The connection of electrical equipment and any adjustment works have to be completed by the exhibitors (electrician with not less
than 3rd class qualification).
Plugs, sockets, adapters etc. to connect equipment will not be provided, i.e. they are not included into connection costs. This
equipment has to be provided by the exhibitor or to be booked from the Organizer additionally under approval.
