Science, scientists and God! Total enigmas!
But man is made to understand!
If science is discovering what is in our living universe, formulating
it in communicative ways that are shared by the majority of people it
depends totally on empirical knowledge. Knowledge being awareness of
truths that can be verified and validated by scientific methods and
scientific reasoning.
This identification is short of a definition since everything that is
not subject to science cannot be verified and identified beyond all
doubts.
God is one of the most enigmatic questions that humans can deal with.
God is a subject that cannot be verified in the laboratory of the
scientist. He is not subject to biology, chemistry nor of astrophysics.
He cannot be verified in presence or non presence.
The whole universe can be observed, analyzed, examined, and be
verified in terms of the sensible perceptible. It can be further reduced
to scientific formulas that remain hypotheses until full identification,
accepted by all scientists , is established and then it become a
theory.
But God is not subject neither to hypothesis nor to theory. He is
extra knowledge, since men of religious beliefs consider God as the
source of knowledge. He is the creator of knowledge and is not therefore
subject to knowledge.

But is knowledge can be defined as consciousness or awareness then God
can be perceived by our awareness.
The problematic of awareness is that no one knows what it is. No one
can pretend, until this day, how consciousness or awareness came about,
and what end does it serve, and what for? No one can tell still how
awareness takes place and what is the exact mechanism of awareness.
This immediately create a host of other enigmatic problems in essence
and in form. For example, what is the mind that makes awareness what it
is. Where did such mind, being the tool of awareness come, come from? How
did come about, where did one hundred billions of neurons come from, how
did it come together to form the mind?
Who assembled these neurons, in terms of their constituent atoms,
together? Who put tit there? Why should there be mind, or humans at all,
along side two millions of distinct life species? Vegetables, solids,
minerals and liquids do not have brains as we do, but nevertheless, they
have a definite and precise structure, they for a functional organs and
have specific tasks to perform.
What makes them tick in a task oriented finality? Why should non human
or non animal species have definite directionality?
We are here ate the threshold of the unknown, i.e the threshold of
ignorance. We simply do not have answers to these questions.
All we know we are here, we have an apparatus to think and we confront
an immense universe. Man has gone far away from the epoch of the first
man, for there ought to be a first man, and woman, to make your presence
possible.
Unless the human wretched species cannot exist or it is eternal, as
God Himself!
Science does not contradict the presence of God nor does it validate
it. It is a short sighted perspective sterile to metaphysics. It deals
with objects in its limited framework. It does not venture into the
intelligible unless subject to proof.
However, if a proof of God cannot be established in the libratory of
the scientist, this does not mean that God does not exist, especially if
God as the source of the object, the subject of the scientist, and the
source of the universe, the laboratory of the scientist, including the
scientist himself! Â
