2010 WACLEA FALL CONFERENCE
During the Spring and Fall of each year WACLEA holds a 3-day conference. This year WACLEA is accepting proposals
from member institutions who would like to host our Fall 2010 Conference. The Conference will take place October 6 –
8, 2010. The WACLEA Conference Committee will be responsible for scheduling speakers and attendees and obtaining
conference materials. A sample agenda is attached. Please submit your proposal to WACLEA ASAP.

HOST INFORMATION:
Institutions will be required to provide a representative from his/her institution to act as a host for the conference. The host will be
expected to make logistical arrangements and be available throughout the event to provide assistance to speakers and attendees and
meet with the WACLEA President (or designated representative) on a daily basis. The host should be assigned to make sure food,
drinks etc. are available throughout the conference. The host will also be required to maintain communications with the WACLEA
Conference Committee prior to the conference.

ACADEMY REQUIREMENTS:
Please give an approximate breakdown of how much you will need to charge WACLEA to host the Conference. Attendance will
include approximately 20 –40 attendees and 2 – 4 instructors per day. When possible please give a per person estimate of expenses.
