ABOUT GOTHAM HALL:
The Grand ballroom of historic Gotham Hall, a turn of the century converted bank
headquarters highlighted by limestone pillars, gilded chandeliers and crowned by a three
hundred square foot stained glass, domed ceiling, is the setting for the 9th Annual Webby
Awards.
Taking place in New York City for the first
time after eight years in San Francisco, the
incredible locale is a fitting tribute to the
spirit of the Webby: creative,
sophisticated, hip and a bit irreverent, like
the web itself. And as the Web has
matured as a media and come of age, so
has the Webby, moving to New York to
fittingly take center stage in the media,
advertising and entertainment capital of
the world.
