Space Rental
The Museum of Art may change these rates without notice. Those rates stated in a signed and properly executed Letter of Agreement will be honored.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required when a Letter of Agreement is signed. The space requested is not confirmed until the Letter of Agreement is signed
and the deposit is received. A cleaning deposit, which covers cleaning needs outside of normal use, is also required when a Letter of Agreement is signed. The
cleaning deposit is fully refundable should it not be needed.

Cancellation of any event requires notifying the museum well in advance. The following refund policy will be observed in the event of a cancellation.
Six (6) months or more in advance of the event Full deposit and/or fee and the cleaning deposit are refunded.
Three (3) months or more in advance of event 50% of the deposit, the remainder of any fee paid, and the cleaning deposit
are refunded.
Less than three (3) months in advance of the event No refund or rental fee. Renter is responsible for any additional expenses
incurred on renter's behalf by the museum. Cleaning deposit is refunded.
