8/24 - Gina Seabrook and Pete Newman have taken over writing this
policy. A final draft is with Lee for review and it should be coming to
the committee for review soon.

due in Jan 2011; deadline passed. Waiting for update.

from UCF Reg 4.031 University Vehicles?
Was ready for policy cmte in May, but moved to June agenda by the
President's office. This is the first meeting of 2011, so this policy could
not have been reviewed on schedule in January.
Collaborating with ITR, University Police, and others regarding access
and are integrating key requests into the peoplesoft system. The
policy is written; they are just pending successful beta testing of the
software before implementing the policy.
Per the committee, this policy is no longer on hold.
