PROJECT SCHEDULE

Other project scheduling tools may be used (Excel, Daptiv, etc.) to manage and maintain
the schedule. However, the PM must monitor and update the schedule throughout the

added to the project risk register:

COMMUNICATIONS & ISSUES MANAGEMENT

additional communications processes (status meetings, written status reports, etc. Also

etc.) For technology projects, identify the technical environments (development, testing,
