INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD
Visit MPL 4shared website:
Click Blue “Download Now” Button.
20-Second “Download Waiting” Screen Appears. After 20 seconds, the next screen (below) will
Click “Download File Now” (Blue Hyperlink).
Pop-up Window appears. Select either “Open with Microsoft Office PowerPoint (default)”
OR “Save File” and click OK Button.
o File will either open in MS-PowerPoint, or it will be saved to your computer (to
whichever folder you are saving files), depending upon your choice.
o If you have saved the file, locate the file name in your computer’s folder to which
you’ve downloaded it, and then double-click the downloaded file, which should then
open in MS-PowerPoint.
Once downloaded file is open in MS-PowerPoint …
o If the “Enable Editing?” option appears in a pop-up at the top of the screen (or
somewhere else on the screen), click the “Enable Editing” Button.
You will need to enable editing to activate the embedded videos in the
slideshow, so they will appear during slideshow view (F5).
o If no “Enable Editing?” pop-up appears, then editing should already be enabled.
o Press the F5 Key to play the slideshow.
YOU WILL NEED AN ACTIVE INTERNET CONNECTION TO WATCH THE
EMBEDDED VIDEOS OR ACCESS THE HYPERLINKS.
Active textual hyperlinks should appear in underlined blue. You may click
these while the slideshow is playing.
Embedded videos should appear with a “picture box” containing a play
button in the center. If you see a box with an X, then the link won’t play. If
this happens, click the textual hyperlinks on the slides to view the videos.
o If you view the downloaded file in the Presentation View of MS-PowerPoint (i.e.,
the view that allows you to edit the slides), then you will be UNABLE to view the
embedded videos. They only show up in MS-PowerPoint SLIDESHOW view, which
runs when you press F5.
