If there are any other suggestions you would like to share regarding the

Q45 MFMP reporting tools, please explain. Here, you will see the actual

statements from the participants.

Response

Communication on MFMP reporting tools and user-frendlieness have

always been severely lacking.

Perhaps with more training I will be able to generate the reports that I

need to accomplish our goals.

When you search for a vendors name only. It does not comes up the PR

or DO. The date also.

All thoughts have been shared above. Thank-you.

The MFMP team is doing a great job. I truly appreciate your efforts to

make the system better. While no system is ever perfect, the efforts of

the team are truly remarkable. Good job!

Either MFMP must comply with the State of Florida's commodity code

structure (12 digits), or the State of Florida must adjust its commodity

code structure to a form usable by the system (6 digits) while still being

of use to the analysts. This would greatly reduce the GIGO factor.

I knew we were suppose to have secure reports and analysis to come

but I was never informed that these features were now working and

where to find them. I am scheduled to attend the upcoming training.

Offer web-based interactive training such as the training available for

requisitions, etc.

The system searches in MFMP have been very slow lately.

Additional training and information sharing.

The Analysis Tool is useful and I have saved reports that I run but it does

not allow me to export them. Says not available. Hopefully this will be

fixed in the near future.

When you do a search for DO in Systems Searches it does not allow you

to set the PUI, which is a problem.
