I use all of the above for various reporting needs. I utilize the Req to PO
for ABA accuracy/calculations. The All Open and All Recieved are used to
retrieve data from past and current FY. IR w/Last Approver is used by
Financial Support and Services to determine where the IR is sitting for
approval and I used the invoice e-form by commodity and PR Audit to
determine confidential info that I purge on a monthly basis.
I use only the reports listed in # 3 above and I mostly use them to track
purchasing and receiving status.
My current position does not require my use of the reporting tool as much
as my previous position did, however, I still use all of the reports to some
degree. I use the information to verify and review agency spend
information obtained in analysis.

See #3 - For prompt payment compliance, ensure advance payments are

I use the above reports for tracking purposes, auditing, making sure
requisitions are still moving, etc.

IR Last Approver - Reconcile IRs that need approving on a daily basis.
Invoice Attachments by CC and Invoice E-form Attachments by CC -

Payments completed in FLAIR - Reconcile invoices to confirm that the
payment was completed and that sufficient reference information is
provided.
The Purchasing Office does not currently use any of these reports.

statements from the participants.
Response
Communication on MFMP reporting tools and user-frendlieness have
always been severely lacking.
Perhaps with more training I will be able to generate the reports that I
need to accomplish our goals.

The MFMP team is doing a great job. I truly appreciate your efforts to
make the system better. While no system is ever perfect, the efforts of
the team are truly remarkable. Good job!
Either MFMP must comply with the State of Florida's commodity code
structure (12 digits), or the State of Florida must adjust its commodity
code structure to a form usable by the system (6 digits) while still being
of use to the analysts. This would greatly reduce the GIGO factor.
I knew we were suppose to have secure reports and analysis to come

where to find them. I am scheduled to attend the upcoming training.

The system searches in MFMP have been very slow lately.
Additional training and information sharing.
The Analysis Tool is useful and I have saved reports that I run but it does
not allow me to export them. Says not available. Hopefully this will be
fixed in the near future.
When you do a search for DO in Systems Searches it does not allow you
to set the PUI, which is a problem.
